All personnel in this ACME PCB assembly are trained according to military soldering and IPC 610 Class III, and JSD-001 assembly standards. Lead-Free solder process ready, RoHS Compliance (Pb-Free) ready since Year 2005

This department is capable of producing hand soldered circuit boards and wire harnesses. Automatic lead benders and wire stripping/cutting machines support this operation.

Department use water-soluble solder and flux with 17-mega ohm per square inch resistance nice DI water. An automatic aqueous board cleaner compliments this effort.
