This department is capable of producing hand soldered circuit boards and wire harnesses. Automatic lead benders and wire stripping/cutting machines support this operation.

Assembly area includes a wave-soldering machine capable of handling 14" x 17" boards. All soldering processes in this

department use water-soluble solder and flux with 17-mega ohm per squire inch resistance nice DI water. An automatic aqueous board cleaner compliments this effort.
